Miss Tool Box 2014 recap!

2014-recap-small2014 is almost over! Wasn’t always easy, but I made it through!  Winston Churchill once said: “If you’re going through hell, keep going.” That’s pretty much what I did!

selfie 2So let me make a short Miss Tool Box recap from 2014…. but first, let me share this selfie, simply to tell you that not everything I do ends up on Facebook or on my website :p. Seeeeeeee, sometimes, on very rare occasions, I take these weird and awkward mirror selfie, and this is an example of the faces I make when I’m sending a pic to someone to show what my hair looks like when it’s straight. This picture also shows that my hair is long. and no, I don’t have extensions. lol!

That being said…… Here I go with my 2014 recap!

Even tho I had to face some tough things this year on a personal level, I have to admit some very cool stuff happened to me as part of my “racing” career! 13 sponsors for my 2014 season, a second place at my first event of the year, appearance in 3 calendars in 2014, a 2 pages feature in Mud Life Magazine, an interview with Trucks Gone Wild in Vermont, being a part of the Teraflex video “Canadian women exposed”, being featured in over 5 TV shows in Quebec, being asked to write in a new off road magazine in USA, being a part of the Hors Route Magazine in Quebec, selected in the 2015 Jeep Girls calendar, getting to drive Wrecking Crew at the Monster Jam World Finals parade in Las Vegas… and I’m sure many other awesome things will come my way in 2015!

Thank you to all of you who have been supporting me through everything. Thank you for believing in Yoshi & I! Special thanks to Dan, who has been my rock, and a very special shout-out to Dustin, who is always there to cheer me up or help me out with my many projects.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write me or come talk to me at events to tell me that your daughter is looking up to me, or that I am your son’s favorite racer, or crew member! Or simply that you enjoy my page and support me and my passion for off roading, monster trucks or mechanics. Also a HUGE thank you to those of you who brought M&M’s for me, sheep, Yoshi items, etc! You guys are amazing and you have no idea how you can make a difference in someone’s life. I am so thankful!
